Our Mission
At Little Redwoods Early Learning Center, our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child is celebrated for who they are. We recognize that each child is unique, and we honor their individual strengths, interests, and natural curiosity by creating meaningful learning experiences that inspire confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.
Our thoughtfully designed curriculum promotes social-emotional development, hands-on exploration, engaging bi-weekly learning units, practical life skills, and independence. Through play-based, child-centered experiences, we encourage children to explore, discover, problem-solve, and grow at their own pace.
We believe healthy bodies support healthy minds. That's why we strive to provide nutritious meals and snacks made with wholesome ingredients, free from artificial dyes, preservatives, and unnecessary artificial flavors and added sugars whenever possible. As the seasons allow, children also have the opportunity to plant, care for, and harvest fruits and vegetables from our garden, fostering healthy habits and a deeper appreciation for nature.
The early years are the foundation for a lifetime of learning. Our mission is to partner with families by providing a warm, home-based educational experience where children feel safe, valued, and inspired every day. Together, we nurture compassionate, confident, and capable learners who are prepared to thrive in school and beyond.
